Meet Ryan!
Ryan is a skilled, bilingual real estate agent who knows Ottawa and has lived in the area his entire life. He is an alumni of Queen’s University and Carleton University with a degree in Political Science and Business.
Truly a people person, Ryan wants to understand your needs to find the home or commercial property that is perfect for you. He has an array of knowledge in residential, commercial and investment real estate. For instance, he has been a real estate investor since he was 22 years old. He owns and manages several residential properties.
Having grown up around his family construction business, Ryan is no stranger to the construction sector. From that, he learned the importance of paying attention to detail and how a building is constructed to ensure you are buying a quality product.
In collaboration with the MetroCity Property Group team, Ryan uses cutting-edge technologies and marketing strategies for property visibility on various platforms.
Sport is a passion of Ryan’s. He is an avid golfer in the summer and curls out of the Metcalfe Curling Club in the winter. He is Head Scout for the Nepean Raiders Jr A hockey team. As well, he is a billet dad to two junior hockey players from out of town. A lifetime of playing sports has given him experience to be a team player and work towards common goals. Ryan’s goal is to get you in the home or property that meets your specific needs.
Spending time fishing and boating at his family cottage on the Big Rideau Lake in the summer is one of his favourite pastimes. Ryan loves dogs, including his blood hound Waylon.
