Meet Tracy!
She is an esteemed member of the MetroCity Property Group, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise as a dedicated real estate broker. With a comprehensive background in the industry since 2005 and a broker's license obtained in 2016, Tracy has established herself as a respected professional in the Ottawa and surrounding areas.
Tracy's career in real estate has been marked by a passion for providing exceptional personal service and achieving outstanding results for her clients. Working primarily with repeat and personal referral clients, her specialization lies in both listing homes and working with buyers, and her deep knowledge of rural areas in the local market enables her to offer valuable insights and guidance throughout the process.
In addition to her extensive experience as a realtor, Tracy has also worked in data analysis, compliance, and contracts training. Her recent role as a Broker of Record has allowed her to broaden her skills, providing agent mentoring and support while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Tracy's commitment to ongoing professional development is evident through her acquisition of various real estate certifications over the years, including negotiation (CNE designation) and legal issues (AEA designation), which complements her undergraduate degree with a focus on law.
As a Certified Staging Professional, Tracy combines her creativity and experience to assist listing clients in maximizing the value of their properties. Her keen eye for design and her understanding of buyer psychology allow her to create captivating spaces that appeal to potential buyers, ultimately leading to successful sales.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Tracy leads an active lifestyle as a recreational athlete. Softball in the summer and ringette goaltending in the winter provide her with opportunities to engage in her favorite sports, and of course she can be found cheering on the hometown team, the Ottawa Senators. Furthermore, Tracy actively contributes to the local community by serving as an executive member for GAARA, supporting adult sports administration year-round as a dedicated volunteer since 2014.
